Job Title:

Personal Care Assistant, Full-time, Days, Every other weekend. Float between PCA, Spa aide, & Med Tech. Weekend/Holiday shift differentials Attendance bonus $1 Med tech bonus We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance with daily activities. Job Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior Follow all relevant health and safety protocols, including HIPAA guidelines Requirements Previous experience in personal care or a related field preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and procedures Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength, including heavy lifting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of senior care, childcare, or home community care practices Familiarity with social work principles is a plus Ability to work effectively within a team and independently Joining our team as a Personal Care Assistant offers the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
