Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with families and clients to ensure their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the flexibility to choose your working hours to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote companionship and connection. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment. Offer transportation and assistance with errands or shopping as needed. Support clients in bathing and dressing tasks, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or similar qualification. Compassionate and patient demeanor towards clients. Experience in personal care or a related caregiving role. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and families effectively. Flexibility to work varying hours based on client needs.

Bonus If You:

Multilingual abilities, especially in languages other than English. Previous experience in a home care setting. Certified in CPR and First Aid.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with flexible hours from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This is an on-site position primarily serving clients in the Wilmington, Delaware and Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania areas.
