Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic Executive Director to lead our Personal Care Home in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven senior-living professional who is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where residents can thrive. The Executive Director will provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the community while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive experience for residents, families, and employees. Duties Provide visionary leadership and oversee all aspects of the personal care home's daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to residents' individual needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, and disability services. Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and licensing requirements at local, state, and federal levels. Manage financial operations including budgeting, financial management, healthcare financial oversight, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency. Supervise and lead department directors by recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff to promote a motivated and professional workforce. Promote resident engagement, dignity, independence, and quality of life. Participate in marketing, census development, and community outreach. Foster strong relationships with residents' families and community partners while advocating for residents' rights and well-being. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes; leverage technology to improve operational workflows. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in personal care, assisted living, senior living, healthcare, or a related field. Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) credentials Proven leadership skills with supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams within healthcare or residential care environments. In-depth knowledge of Pennsylvania personal care regulations, health policy compliance, and dementia or Alzheimer's care standards. Demonstrated expertise in financial management including budgeting, healthcare financial oversight, and resource planning. Familiarity with resident's rights advocacy and disability services requirements. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative functions; experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous. $85,000.00 per year
