In this role, you will create a safe, engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and developmental well-being of children. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a positive atmosphere where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and age-appropriate learning experiences Assist with daily routines such as diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules for infants and toddlers Maintain a clean and organized caregiving environment through regular cleaning and sanitizing of toys, surfaces, and child-related areas Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and working closely with families or specialists Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns Skills Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific activities that promote growth Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks while adhering to dietary restrictions or allergies Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic caregiving environment Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents and team members in a nurturing manner This role is ideal for compassionate individuals passionate about caring for children while fostering their development in a safe, supportive setting.
