Job Description

Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Aides to join our team and provide exceptional support to residents with memory impairments. If you have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with cognitive challenges, we invite you to apply and become part of our caring community. Schedule is full-time, 7a-7p working 2 days a week and every other weekend. Excellent benefit package after 60 days including 2 weeks vacation, sick time, 403b company match up to 6% and other perks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a safe and comforting environment Monitor and document residents' conditions, behaviors, and needs to ensure personalized care Support residents in engaging in therapeutic activities and social interactions Follow care plans and safety protocols to promote residents' well-being Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to deliver comprehensive care Must pass criminal background check, abuse and neglect checks Must be punctual and dependable Join our team and contribute to creating a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for our residents. Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent from the United States Direct Care Worker Certificate or active CNA certification in the state of PA Prior experience in a memory care or senior care setting preferred Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic knowledge of dementia and other cognitive impairments is a plus Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and maintain a calm demeanor Must be punctual and dependable
