Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM About the Role We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support students with autism, emotional support needs, and multiple disabilities in school-based settings. In this role, you will provide classroom, behavioral, and personal care support while helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally Job Summary / Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and classroom support to students throughout the school day. Assist students with classroom participation, daily activities, and transitions. Support positive behavior strategies and student engagement. Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate student progress. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to obtain Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal Record Clearance . - Paid/Covered by Insight Global Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned school locations. Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
