• 9pm Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to promote comfort and independence.

Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to ensure health stability. Support individuals with dementia or cognitive disabilities through specialized memory care techniques and behavior management strategies. Administer medication accurately following prescribed instructions while maintaining detailed documentation. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal service to promote healthy eating habits. Practice safe patient lifting techniques and manual handling procedures to prevent injury during transfers or repositioning. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. Experience Prior experience working in residential care homes is highly preferred. Familiarity with home & community care services or long-term care environments enhances your ability to support diverse client needs. Proven ability to work effectively with individuals who have developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments. Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care. Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing manual handling tasks safely throughout your shift.
