Job Description

Overview At Nuchoice Health Partners (NuChoice Home Care) we are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our agency. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in the patients home. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Meal preparations and cooking Medication reminders Provide companionship and emotional support to patients Help patients with mobility exercises Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Documenting tasks completed and time in and out Needed Skills Basic Housekeeping Cooking Bathing Patients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patient care Willingness to learn and adapt to different healthcare settings
