• Part-time hours Sunbury, PA
• Daytime Hours Lewisburg, PA
• Full-time hours Job duties include: Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing) Companionship Appropriate communication/social skilled Light housekeeping and chores Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills Meeting individual goals and outcomes Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act , which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours.
