Job Description

Helping Hands Warming Hearts is looking for a caring individual to provide various in-home services including: Personal care Companionship/sitter Caregiver respite Applicants must be reliable, mature, caring and people- oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, hold a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, must have a cell phone. We offer flexible hours, competitive wages, training and ongoing support.
Requirements:
Must be able to clearly speak, read, write and understand the English language High school diploma or equivalent Experience in care of a home and experience in working with or caring for people is
REQUIRED
Must have reliable vehicle Must have experience in mobile transfers Previous Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's clients a plus Ability to communicate with clients in a courteous manner and treat them with respect 1-2 years working with the elderly Reliable transportation and possess valid drivers license and current auto insurance a plus Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check CPR training preferred Responsibilities Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and observe patients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving them to appointments. Maintain CPR certification and apply first aid as necessary while providing care.
