Age in Place is looking for compassionate and dependable home health aides and in-home caregivers to provide direct support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. The role is focused on ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients in the comfort of their own home. Looking for part-time, full-time, and On-Call caregivers for all days and shifts! Caregivers must be able to be trained to use a Hoyer Lift and reposition clients. Caregiver Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Basic activities of daily living and direct support - laundry, meal prep, housekeeping Assisting with completion of plan of care (POC) Personal hygiene Companionship Lifting, transferring, and mobility support (hoyer lift, gait belt, & wheelchair) Community support (errands, appointments, etc.) Skills for
Caregivers:
Caregiving, homecare, hospice or similar experience preferred HHA, DSP, PCA, CNA, long term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred Ability to maintain accurate records (electronic activity logs, incident reports, etc.) Experience working with seniors: memory loss care experience preferred
Caregiver Requirements:
18 years of age or older High school diploma, GED, or ability to pass competency test Willingness to utilize and learn company operating systems Ability to pass all pre-employment testing Valid Pennsylvania, New York or Ohio Driver License with valid insurance for driving positions
