Success Rehabilitation is urgently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for first shift (7a-3p) in Quakertown, PA, with additional openings in Dublin and Bethlehem. Our mission is simple but powerful: help adults with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and neurological conditions live more independent, meaningful lives. Pay Rates & Shift Differentials All DSP positions start at a base rate of $17.00/hr , with premium differentials for certain shifts. First Shift (7a-3p):

Weekday First Shift:

$17.00/hr

Weekend First Shift:

$20.00/hr ( $17 base + $3 differential )

What You'll Do Daily Living Support:

Assist individuals with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Rehabilitation Support:

Encourage progress toward personal and rehabilitation goals

Community Engagement:

Safely transport individuals to appointments and community activities

Medication Administration:

Administer medications after completing paid, DHS-approved training

Documentation:
