The fulfilment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this position. Previous experience in personal care for the elderly is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate! Our personal care assistants (PCA) are responsible for assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry and transportation to/from the dining room.
