Job Requirements A passion for helping seniors A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family friends, and all team members. Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written Job Responsibilities Include Providing assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual resident needs. Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life. Assisting residents with dining. May include but not limited to preparing/cleaning the dining room, assist with food selection, and serving beverages and food. Promotes pleasant and inviting dining environment and encourages social interaction among residents.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Certified Nursing Assistant not required. Must be 18 years old. Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.
