• Medication Management:

  Assist clients with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed medication schedules as directed by healthcare professionals.

• Mobility Assistance:

  Aid clients with mobility challenges, including transferring from bed to chair and supporting walking or movement exercises.

• Household Support:

  Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.

• Monitoring Health and Safety:

  Observe and report any changes in clients' health status or behavior to appropriate healthcare personnel, ensuring timely interventions.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily logs and any incidents, in compliance with regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards. Requirements

• Education:

  High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health aide training or nursing assistance preferred.

• Experience:

  Previous experience as a home care aide or in a related field, particularly with elderly or disabled individuals, is highly desirable.

• Skills:

• Physical Ability:
