This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential assistance with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional well-being within clients' homes. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be a vital part of promoting independence, safety, and comfort for those in need, all while fostering trusting relationships and delivering exceptional care. Your dedication will help improve quality of life for clients across diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using proper patient transfer methods and manual handling techniques. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary. Following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. Requirements Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication reminder , and vital signs monitoring. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards. Experience working with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities is highly valued. Pay:
