Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and engaging environment Help with household tasks including light cleaning, meal preparation, medication reminders, and organizing appointments Support clients during outings, errands, or recreational activities to encourage social engagement Monitor health status and communicate any concerns promptly to family members or healthcare professionals Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily logs and activity reports Follow all safety protocols and care plans to ensure a secure and supportive environment Skills Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills to connect genuinely with clients Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare providers Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in caregiving tasks Flexibility to adapt to changing needs or schedules with a positive attitude Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures (certifications preferred) Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled appointments or outings Prior experience in caregiving or personal assistance is a plus but not required; training provided This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact through dedicated service.
