As a Homecare Caregiver in Sharon, you will provide essential support to patients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Prepare meals and cook according to patient needs Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management Offer companionship and emotional support to patients Help patients with mobility exercises and maintain a safe environment Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient well-being Document tasks completed and maintain accurate records
