Job Description
Team Select Home Care is looking for a Direct Care Worker in the Upper Montgomery County to join our Team Select family. We provide private duty, One on one in home care with adult patients. Job type Full-time Responsibilities Providing assistance and hygiene care as directed, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities and assisting with measurements, if necessary Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, shopping, companionship Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing Must be on time and be able to make commute No call outs, MUST show up to scheduled time Must have Hoyer lift experience Must be comfortable with pets in the home.
