Personal Assistant Caregiver West Chester, PA 19380 $18 an hour - Part-time $18 an hour - Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Assistant Caregiver to provide exceptional support and care tour client, who is in need of assistance with daily activities.

He is a male client , lives with his wife and has dementia and mobility issues. Total 28 hours a week, Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm and Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 2 pm The client is a 80 year old man who needs help with ADLS. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Medication Reminder Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents or changes in health status Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment for clients Requirements Proven experience in home & community care settings, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training preferred or required upon hire Ability to lift heavy objects safely and operate assistive devices like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care plans accurately Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards in healthcare settings Join us in providing compassionate caregiving that truly makes a difference!
