Monitor and record clients' physical and emotional conditions, reporting changes as necessary to healthcare professionals or supervisors. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in the clients' living spaces. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure a cohesive approach to care. Uphold confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy at all times.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in caregiving or related fields are a plus.

Experience in a caregiving role preferred, but we welcome candidates new to the field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor. Physical ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, such as lifting or supporting clients. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
