Support, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals and residential leadership. Visit residential homes to ensure quality care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. Conduct home inspections and document findings. Respond to staffing, behavioral, medical, and operational concerns. Assist during emergencies and crisis situations. Coordinate staffing solutions and support after-hours operations. Maintain compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. Communicate significant events and shift updates to leadership. Qualifications Supervisory or management experience in: Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Residential Services Human Services Behavioral Health Healthcare Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
