Schedule:
Monday-Friday, occasional evenings or weekends for community events Home Instead of Tyler is hiring a Caregiver Recruiter to own community sourcing and talent acquisition for our Care Professionals. This is an in-person recruiting job. You will source candidates, build a pipeline, and create community partnerships so we are less dependent on Indeed. If you want remote work or a desk-only admin job, do not apply. What you will do Full-cycle recruiting for caregivers: source, screen, follow up, and help move people to hire Build a candidate pipeline through churches, nonprofits, colleges, job fairs, and community events Do outreach, presentations, and relationship development with community partners Track applicants, contacts, and follow-up in ApplicantStack and Indeed Partner with Training and Scheduling so new hires get onboarded and stay Use sourcing, networking, and community recruitment — not Easy Apply alone What we are looking for Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sourcing, outside sales, or community partnership development Proven ability to generate applicants or referrals, not just process them Strong follow-up, organization, and pipeline tracking Comfortable presenting to groups and meeting partners one-on-one Valid driver's license Must work in person in Tyler / East Texas Success in this role Qualified caregivers who apply, interview, get hired, and stay.
