Direct Support Staff (PRN)

Position Overview:

Looking to make some extra cash and make a difference in an individuals life? We're hiring On-Call Staff to cover evenings, overnights, and mornings. This role is responsible for assisting clients in working their programs, accurate documentation on paperwork, and picking up atleast 16 hours a month as a PRN ( as needed) staff.

Responsibilities:

Document med passes correctly. Document daily service logs correctly. Navigate day to day behaviors with clients. Communicate with management about house needs. Complete all trainings in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in caregiving, residential, or healthcare settings preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve. Dependable and calm under pressure. Must have a working cell phone, reliable transportation with insurance, adn valid drivers license. Can pass a background check. Why Join Us?
