We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and compassionate Field Expert / Lead Caregiver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on caregiving and supporting office operations when needed. Position Highlights Guaranteed 30 hours per week Opportunity to work up to 40+ hours weekly

Schedule:

Thursday through Monday Must have availability between 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Mileage reimbursement provided Opportunity for advancement and growth within the company Responsibilities Provide high-quality in-home care to seniors Assist with personal care, companionship, mobility, meal preparation, and safety supervision Support clients with dementia, Parkinson's, fall prevention, and aging-in-place needs Serve as a dependable "go-to" caregiver for urgent staffing needs Assist with caregiver mentorship and field support as needed Communicate client updates and concerns promptly to office staff Assist in office work and administrative tasks when needed Help maintain excellent client satisfaction and caregiver professionalism Requirements Previous caregiving or home care experience required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to travel throughout the Austin area Strong communication and professionalism Flexible and dependable Ability to adapt quickly to different client environments Compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience with dementia or Parkinson's care CNA experience is a plus Leadership or mentoring experience preferred Why Join Us?
