Job Description
- In-Home Caregiver / CNA / Home Health Aide
- ### Overview Join our compassionate team as an
- In-Home Caregiver
- and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities and personal care.
- This is a temporary/part-time position and is not intended to be a long-term assignment. However, it may lead to a full-time employment opportunity for the right candidate.

- Thursday, June 11, 2026: 9:00 AM

- Friday, June 12, 2026: 8:00 AM
- 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM (depending on client transportation schedule)
- Monday, June 15, 2026: 8:00 AM

- 2:00 PM ### Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs, mental state, and overall condition; report changes promptly.
- Administer medications as directed and accurately document care activities while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and assist with meal planning and preparation.
- Support clients with mobility using assistive devices, including Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment.
- Transport the patient safely to medical appointments, therapy sessions, errands, and other approved destinations.
- Provide patient education and training as needed to support health, independence, and wellness.
- Document patient care, observations, medication administration, and progress notes thoroughly and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with family members, healthcare providers, and care coordinators. ### Requirements
- Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification or Home Health Aide certification.
- Must be able to provide documentation of all certifications, credentials, and required healthcare training.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet all prerequisites required for CNA and/or Home Healthcare employment.
- Experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, memory care, dementia care, or Alzheimer's care is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Strong observation and patient-monitoring skills.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely with mobility needs.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to transport the patient safely when needed.
- Clean driving record preferred. ### Position Details
