Operations Manager (Growth & Operations) Home Care

Job Summary Liberty Home Care is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations while also building and maintaining a referral network. This role combines operational management with relationship-driven growth. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery while developing consistent referral activity. Responsibilities Build and maintain referral relationships (hospitals, rehab facilities, attorneys, etc.) Conduct outreach and follow-up with professional contacts Track activity and relationships in HubSpot CRM Plan and coordinate daily field outreach for ownership Manage client intake and onboarding Coordinate caregiver scheduling and ensure shift coverage Handle call-outs and staffing issues Match caregivers to clients and resolve operational issues Requirements Experience in home care, home health, or healthcare coordination preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized with consistent follow-up habits Able to manage multiple priorities and make decisions independently Compensation & Incentives $54,000
