A Treatment Family Home Provider delivers care and support to individuals with emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges in your home. Key Responsibilities:

Provide a supportive environment : Create a safe, stable, and nurturing home setting. Implement individualized care plans : Work with treatment teams to develop and execute personalized plans. Deliver emotional support and guidance : Offer counseling, mentoring, and coaching to promote emotional growth. Manage daily living activities : Assist with meals, hygiene, and other daily tasks as needed. Administer medication and treatments : Monitor and manage medication regimens and medical treatments. Maintain communication and collaboration : Work with treatment teams, social workers, and other stakeholders. Ensure safety and crisis management : Develop and implement crisis intervention plans and ensure a safe living environment. Document progress and incidents : Maintain accurate records of patient progress, incidents, and concerns. Education and/or

Experience Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required. A Bachelor's Degree in a closely related field is highly preferred. Minimum of two (2) years experience of relevant work experience.

Additional Qualifications:

A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
