Job Description

We Care Residential, is looking for a dedicated and dependable Med Tech / Caregiver to join our team.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Experienced Med Tech with strong caregiver background ✅ Familiarity with paper and electronic MAR systems ✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✅ Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented — willing to help wherever needed ✅ Passion for working with seniors and maintaining a clean, safe environment

Daily Responsibilities:

Administer medications accurately and document in MAR systems Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.) Help keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming Work closely with other staff to ensure residents receive the best care possible Be willing to learn other areas when needed

Requirements:

Med Tech experience required Dependability and attention to detail are a must Flexibility to cover shifts or assist in other roles when needed Contact us for more details.
