Personal Care Aide - Home Care

What you'll do Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate medical documentation and adherence to care plans. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, promoting their mental well-being. Utilize medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assistive devices to enhance patient mobility. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, following infection control procedures and aseptic techniques. Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices in patient care. Basic qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Driver's License Preferred qualifications Experience in home care or caregiving settings, particularly with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
