As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, attentive support to promote safety, development, and well-being. Whether working with infants, toddlers, or children with special needs, your enthusiasm and commitment will help shape their daily experiences and future success. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times in accordance with individual needs Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and healthy habits Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each child's unique requirements Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards including first aid procedures when necessary Support children during playtime, educational activities, outings, and classroom experiences to foster curiosity and exploration Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certifications in first aid and CPR are desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively while maintaining patience and empathy Passion for nurturing children's growth and supporting their physical and emotional well-being Join us in creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
