Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Hilton Head is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our growing team in beautiful Hilton Head, SC. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals who need support to live safely and comfortably at home. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety at home Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements:

Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field preferred Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation:
