Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance well-being Administer medication reminders and assist with light household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals promptly Support clients in engaging with community activities or hobbies to encourage social interaction and mental stimulation Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring all services are delivered safely and effectively Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, observations, and any incidents for accurate record-keeping Skills Compassionate with excellent interpersonal skills to connect genuinely with clients from diverse backgrounds Strong understanding of personal care techniques and safety protocols in home settings Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and prioritize tasks efficiently Knowledge of medication management, including reminders for proper administration Experience working with elderly populations or individuals with chronic conditions is highly desirable Familiarity with basic health monitoring tools such as blood pressure cuffs or pulse oximeters is a plus Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of care in every interaction Join us in creating a positive impact through dedicated in-home support!
