Responsibilities Provide attentive high-quality care to clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times. Assist clients with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Help manage daily schedules by assisting with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and maintaining a structured, supportive routine. Implement positive behavior management strategies and offer strong companionship to promote meaningful social interaction and emotional stability. Follow all mandated reporting compliance guidelines by accurately documenting any changes in physical condition, behavior, or wellness concerns. Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to ensure immediate response to emergencies Partner closely with family members, medical professionals, and team members to follow and implement individualized care plans that meet each client's unique needs. Skills Proven experience working as a caregiver, home health aide, or in a similar supportive role assisting individuals who require daily living support. Familiarity or prior experience caring for individuals with physical disabilities, cognitive impairments (such as dementia or Alzheimer's), or chronic health conditions. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of how to build trust, maintain patience, and practice empathic communication with clients and their families. Strong capability in managing challenging behaviors or resistance to care with calm, supportive, and respectful redirection techniques. Certification is preferred in first aid and CPR from recognized organizations Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to abuse or neglect This role is perfect for passionate caregivers eager to foster growth and joy in the lives of those they serve.
