Personal Care Attendant High School diploma or GED preferred 21
- 79 years old Prior home care experience (1
- 2yrs preferred) Two Professional references Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (required) Reliable vehicle, current auto insurance and valid driver's license Clean driving record Current health assessment Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ability to care client for with dignity and respect Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, congenial, and professional manner•provide companionship Nurturing•Providing a warm and caring environment Personal Care (Bathing, Toiletry, mouth care) Light housekeeping, must be able to warm up food Supervise all activities to ensure safety at all times Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality Follow Plan of Care • Work a 4 to 5 hour shift Must wear Scrubs and Mask at all times!
