Shift Details:
Full Time Monday's, Tuesday's, and Thursday's (7:00am-7:00pm) At Hospice & Community Care , we've been providing exceptional end-of-life care for 40 years. As a nonprofit deeply rooted in the Rock Hill, SC community, we go beyond traditional hospice services; offering charity care, grief support, a free medical equipment closet, and dedicated programs for our veterans. We are seeking a Hospice House Aide to work Full Time to serve our community at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. What You'll Do:
Provide personal care services to the terminally ill hospice patient as needed Increase the level of patient comfort Maintain good personal hygiene a safe environment for the patient under the direction of the
RN What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent Current CNA certification Current CPR certification Two years' experience as a nursing assistant preferred Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and be able to work well independently as well as in a team-environment Key Benefits of Joining our

This position requires travel to a nearby senior care facility (4 miles driving round trip - 2 miles there and 2 miles back) to pick up lunch and dinner meals for our hospice patients.
