We care deeply about doing right by our clients — and by the people who show up for them every day. About the RBT Role This role is for certified RBTs — we're not a training pipeline to get your certification, we're where you come to actually use it. You'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, running ABA programs under BCBA supervision. It's hands-on, it's meaningful, and if you're the right fit, you'll have real room to grow. What You'll Do Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings Target communication, social, and daily living skills Keep accurate session data and documentation Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up Work closely with BCBAs and families What We're Looking For Active RBT certification, currently in good standing (we don't provide certification training — you'll need this before applying) At least 6 months of ABA experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pay & Perks $23-$30/hour based on experience Automatic raises — $0.50 every 6 months, no cap 401(k) after 6 months; 1% company match after year one Rewards program — earn points for good attendance and on-time documentation, redeem for cash or prizes Referral bonuses for bringing in new team members Paid onboarding, plus ongoing skill-building and CEU support once you're on the team Supervision hours if you're working toward your BCBA Flexible scheduling We're a growing team that takes both our clients and our staff seriously.
