You will be instrumental in fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive atmosphere, ensuring each individual receives the care and attention they deserve. Responsibilities Assist individuals with disabilities by supporting their personal needs and encouraging participation in activities Experience Prior experience working with children across different age groups, including classroom or daycare settings Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training preferred Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration
