Look forward to our new training facility opening soon! Responsibilities Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed. Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times. Document client progress and any changes in health status. Requirements At least 1 year of previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families. Ability to lift and assist clients as necessary. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required. (NO felonies within the last 10 years) Must pass a pre-screen drug test Have at least a 1-step TB test dated within one year, or be willing to have a new one placed. Reliable transportation with access to your own vehicle is required.
