At Seniors Helping Seniors®, we're currently hiring compassionate caregivers to support local seniors in Bristol, Blountville, and surrounding communities. Many of our caregivers are retirees or mature adults who want to stay active, earn extra income, and make a real difference — all on a flexible schedule. Unlike traditional home care agencies, we match seniors with caregivers who share similar life experiences — creating stronger connections and more rewarding work. Job Overview We are seeking dependable caregivers to provide in-home senior care, companionship, and personal assistance to older adults in the Bristol and Blountville area . This role is a great fit if you are looking for: Flexible, part-time or full-time work close to home A second career or retirement income Entry-level caregiving (no certification required) Meaningful work helping seniors remain independent Pay & Schedule Competitive pay: $13-$15 per hour Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends available) Part-time and full-time opportunities Minimum 3-hour shifts (no short visits) Caregiver Responsibilities As a Caregiver / Home Care Aide / Companion, you will provide: Companion care and social interaction Light housekeeping and home safety support Meal preparation and assistance with daily routines Transportation to appointments, errands, and outings Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing assistance) Medication reminders Dementia and Alzheimer's support (training provided) Why Work With Seniors Helping Seniors® ✔ Flexible schedules that fit your lifestyle ✔ One-on-one care — no rushed, high-volume assignments ✔ Consistent clients in your local area ✔ Training provided — no CNA required ✔ Support from a local, responsive office team ✔ Positive, respectful, team-oriented culture Caregiver Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants must: Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pass a background check Be dependable, patient, and compassionate Be able to work independently in a client's home Be able to assist with light lifting and mobility support Communicate clearly in English for client safety and care coordination Preferred (Not Required) Experience Caregiving for a family member or loved one Experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), PCA, or companion Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care Service Area Primarily hiring in: Bristol, TN Blountville, TN Nearby Tri-Cities communities This role is especially rewarding for individuals who are patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with older adults.
