Matriarch Caregiver (FT) | Matriarch Home Care Concierge | Gallatin, TN Matriarch Home Care Concierge provides elevated, personalized in-home care for clients who expect more than standard home care. Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship-driven, concierge-level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home. We are seeking an exceptional caregiver for a FT opportunity in Gallatin, Tennessee . Schedule 11am - 3pm Monday - Friday Position Summary As an Elite Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality, client-focused in-home care while building meaningful relationships and supporting clients with dignity, professionalism, and compassion. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, concierge-level in-home care Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and client safety Provide companionship and emotional support Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate, real-time documentation Ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members Uphold Matriarch's standards of excellence, confidentiality, and courtesy Qualifications Minimum 1 year of caregiving, CNA, home care, or related experience preferred Strong communication skills and reliability Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently in client homes Reliable transportation required Ability to consistently work the scheduled shifts listed above What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive, upscale, team-oriented culture Opportunities for professional growth Meaningful work with clients who value exceptional care The opportunity to be part of a company redefining concierge home care
