Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap times while ensuring safety at all times Implement engaging activities that support childhood development, early education, and behavioral management strategies Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and environments to meet individual needs Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on progress, behavior, and any concerns Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of abuse or neglect promptly and appropriately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that encourages learning and exploration Skills Experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Proficiency in activity planning tailored to children's interests and developmental stages Certification in First Aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Ability to manage behavior positively through age-appropriate discipline techniques Classroom or daycare experience that demonstrates caregiving competence and patience Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Skills in babysitting or nannying that showcase reliability and nurturing qualities Join us in creating a joyful, safe space where children can thrive!
