Prefer a quieter, more relaxed work environment? Willing to help a Senior in their home? We are hiring overnight caregivers to support seniors in their homes during evening and nighttime hours. These shifts are often calmer, with time for reading, light tasks, and providing reassurance and safety. At Seniors Helping Seniors®, many of our caregivers are mature adults or retirees who enjoy meaningful, low-stress work while earning extra income on a flexible schedule. Job Overview We are seeking dependable, compassionate overnight caregivers to provide in-home support, companionship, and safety monitoring for older adults in Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol, and surrounding Tri-Cities communities. Unlike traditional home care agencies, we intentionally match seniors with caregivers who share similar life experiences — creating more comfortable overnight environments and stronger relationships. This role is a great fit if you are looking for: Overnight or evening work A quieter, lower-activity caregiving environment Flexible part-time or full-time hours A second career or retirement income opportunity Entry-level caregiving (no certification required) Pay & Schedule Competitive pay: $13-$15 per hour Overnight and evening shifts available Flexible scheduling Part-time and full-time opportunities Minimum 3-hour shifts (no short visits) What Overnight Shifts Typically Look Like Providing companionship and reassurance Ensuring client safety during nighttime hours Assisting with bedtime routines Occasional assistance during the night if needed Light housekeeping or quiet activities when appropriate Many overnight shifts are calm and low-activity , depending on the client's needs.
