Role:

Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Health Care in Maryville as a Personal Care Aide (PCA). In this rewarding position, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, enhancing their quality of life with your care and dedication.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Help with meal preparation and medication reminders. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team. Support clients in mobility and physical activities. Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience as a PCA or in a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality. Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient. Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:
