Job Description

Restorative Aide Join Millington Healthcare, a Skilled Nursing Facility Financial Services Office, in Millington, TN and make a difference in people's lives! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Aide to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Restorative Aide at Millington Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Our skilled nursing facility is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us achieve this goal.
Responsibilities:
Assist with restorative programs, including range of motion exercises, mobility training, and activities of daily living (ADL) skills Help residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming needs Provide support with feeding, toileting, and incontinence care Assist with transferring residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and commodes Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field preferred 0 years of experience or willingness to learn and train Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
