Care Needed for elderly Female in Townsend-Weekly Pay- Day shift Are you an experienced caregiver looking for higher pay, greater flexibility, and the freedom to choose a schedule that works for you? Hallmark Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable independent caregivers who are committed to improving the quality of life of seniors and their families. All shifts may be available, with a current priority for daytime caregivers. How Hallmark Homecare Is Different Hallmark Homecare operates as a Direct Referral Agency. We serve as caregiver recruiters and matchmakers, connecting qualified independent caregivers directly with seniors and their families for long-term care opportunities. Because traditional agency involvement and its associated costs are removed, caregivers can benefit from: Higher hourly pay Flexible scheduling Greater independence Opportunities to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients The ability to choose opportunities that fit their availability and preferences Responsibilities Provide high-quality, long-term care and personal support Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders Use advanced caregiving skills, including first aid knowledge and an understanding of patients' rights Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment Provide companionship while building trusting relationships through compassion, patience, dignity, and respect Qualifications Five or more years of professional senior-care experience preferred; candidates with 10 or more years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply CNA certification is preferred but not required Ability to work independently, responsibly, and reliably Compassionate approach when supporting seniors and other vulnerable individuals Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license and clean driving record Current automobile insurance Comfortable transporting clients when required Job Details Job types: Full-time and part-time
Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on the client opportunity, experience, and care requirements Expected hours: 8-50 per week
