Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Aide to join our assisted living and memory care community. This overnight role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, calm, and well-cared-for environment while residents rest. This position is best suited for individuals who take pride in their work, are attentive to detail, and understand the responsibility that comes with overnight care. While this is an entry-level position in terms of compensation, prior caregiving experience is required to ensure our residents receive consistent, quality support.
What You'll Do:
Provide overnight supervision to ensure resident safety and well-being Assist residents with nighttime needs including toileting, repositioning, and mobility Respond promptly and professionally to call lights and any resident concerns Perform routine safety checks and maintain a secure, peaceful environment Document care and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff Support residents with dignity, patience, and respect, especially in memory care settings
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or a similar caregiving role is required Ability to remain alert, dependable, and self-directed during overnight hours Strong work ethic and a calm, professional presence Compassionate approach with a high level of responsibility and accountability Ability to meet physical demands including assisting residents as needed Must pass a background check and meet all state requirements
Additional Information:
This is an overnight position in a quiet, residential setting. The pace is steady, and attention to detail matters. While this is an entry-level pay position, it is an important role within our team and offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive care environment.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
