Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning personal spaces and common areas. Support patients during outings or community activities to promote social engagement and independence. Document care activities accurately in compliance with facility policies and coordinate with healthcare professionals for ongoing care plans. Qualifications Proven experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings. Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory care needs. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and families while maintaining confidentiality. Valid background check clearance and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
