PART-TIME DIRECT CARE STAFF
Another Chance House is looking for a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Direct Care Staff member to support the men served by our organization as they work toward stability and self-sufficiency. This position works directly with residents and helps maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment. We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries, communicate effectively, and provide dependable support to residents and the organization.
Responsibilities may include:
Provide direct support and assistance to residents Help maintain a safe, respectful, and structured living environment Interact with residents in a professional, compassionate, and respectful manner Encourage residents as they work toward greater stability and self-sufficiency Monitor the facility and resident activities during assigned shifts Help ensure house expectations and established procedures are followed Communicate concerns, incidents, or resident needs to appropriate staff Assist with routine activities and day-to-day needs within the residence Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and resident confidentiality Complete basic documentation or shift-related records as required Respond appropriately to situations that arise during the shift Work cooperatively with other staff to support the mission of Another Chance House Perform other duties related to the operation of the residence as assigned
