Direct Care Staff Blessed Haven Home Arlington, TX Job Details Full-time $14.00•$16.50 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Youth mentoring Care documentation Providing care for residents Child safety supervision Direct support Personal transportation assistance Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description Direct Care Staff•Group Home for Children We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Staff to provide supervision, support, and care for children in a group home setting.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts
Day Shift:
7:00 AM•7:00
PM Night Shift:
7:00 PM•7:00 AM Rotating schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off
Pay:
Starting wage: $14.00•16.50 per hour, based on experience Performance-based pay increase available after 90 days
Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children Provide guidance, support, and positive role modeling Assist with daily routines, activities, and transportation as needed Maintain accurate documentation and reports Follow all agency policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children is preferred but not required Must pass required background checks and meet agency employment requirements
Pay:
$14.00•$16.50 per hour
